The Carolina Mill rests alongside the Pawcatuck River in the historic village of Carolina, Rhode Island. Established in the mid-1800's as a fully operational textile mill, the aging property was restored by the Quinn family in 1987, and now serves as a historic monument and natural conservation area. In its new form, the grounds are used for reflection, meditation, and private community gatherings.
This quiet corner of Rhode Island is a sanctuary for local wildlife, serene nature, and a glimpse back into historic village life. The authentic stone buildings, original metalwork, and refurbished interiors will have you walking through a portrait of history. The grounds are not open to the public, but please reach out to inquire about private visitation, small gatherings, or photography opportunities.
